COLORS

Concrete Interiors offers a full range of shades that are earthy and natural to casts that are vibrant and lively. We currently offer over 150 colors. Custom colors and color matching are available upon request, for an additional fee. We only use iron oxide pigments and they are integral throughout the piece. Iron oxide pigments are colorfast and won’t fade with exposure to the sun. Colors and edge details play a big part in the look and design you are trying to achieve. We help you find that look and work with you to provide a unique item for your home or business. We currently offer nine different edge details and can create custom edges if needed.

FINISHES

Hand Steel Trowel: The majority of our projects are finished using a hand steel trowel. This gives each top surface a unique, beautiful mottled look. Though the surface is smooth, it looks like it has movement; this is caused by the burnishing of the trowel. It is a signature look of ours and most manufacturers do not produce this artisan product. The artist that works on your piece can provide a heavy or lighter burnish depending on your desire. Each piece is one of kind, which means that your final project will also be one of kind.

Sanded Finish: This technique is the most common among other producers of concrete countertops. Concrete Interiors offers this option for certain projects. The top is usually sanded so the aggregate shows and creates a more monotone finish.

Hand Pressed: We use this technique for many fireplace surrounds, larger edge details, specifically outdoor kitchens, wall caps, fire pits and pedestals. When de-molded, the finished product will reveal voids. The voids can then be filled in, or left empty for a rustic, contemporary or natural limestone look.

SPECIALTY ITEMS

We offer sloped drain boards with a variety if inlay material, as well as raised trivets to go next to the range, cook top or oven.
